Love your leafy greens? This one's for you. Check out Chop't in DC. It's a chain so there are multiple locations. Freshly made, chopped salads, are their staple. I usually go for the Cobb Salad. It's got lettuce, chicken, avocado, bacon, egg, blue cheese, and tomato. It's a mouthful that will last and last. I usually have it in two sittings minus the bacon.
